Our founder, Vipin Choudhary, is a seasoned lawyer with over 20 years of expertise, having held prestigious country-level roles at organizations like Accenture, OYO, Metro Cash & Carry, and Unacademy. His career is a testament to his unwavering commitment to justice and fairness.

Yet, despite his distinguished legal credentials, Vipin found himself at the receiving end of harassment by recovery agents. The irony? He had not even defaulted on his EMI payments. A simple miscommunication between banks during an auto-debit facility change spiraled into relentless calls and undue stress—a situation that was both traumatic and unjust.

This experience was an eye-opener. It made him realize the extent to which individuals—especially those facing genuine financial crises—are mistreated and stigmatized by a system that often overlooks their humanity. Determined to bring dignity and fairness to those in financial distress, he decided to channel his expertise and empathy into creating Resolve 360.
